6.2 For quality administration
The Independent Student wants:
– The best administrators for the university;
– No elected administrators;
The university should do everything it can to attract the best administrators. The Independent Student opposes elected leadership positions. The most popular choice is not always the wisest choice, and acknowledging skills and initiative is preferable.
The Independent Student believes the university can only participate at the top levels of education if it is run properly. A good organisation and administration are therefore extremely important.
